How to move soil, firewood and materials without a car
On building sites, in gardens and on farms, many loads need to travel a short distance, often over mud, grass or a narrow path. You have two options: a self-propelled mini dumper or a trailer for a two-wheel tractor. This section has both, and we will help you pick the right one.
Subsections
- Mini dumpers: Jansen, Grünwelt and WEIMA dumpers, tracked and 4x4 wheeled, petrol, diesel and electric, 400 to 1000 kg payload, plus accessories.
- Trailers: RURIS 450S, 550S and 750S trailers for two-wheel tractors, with tipping and brakes, plus the Navigator 99 seat adapter.
Which option to choose
| Option | Best for | Payload | Examples |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tracked petrol dumper | building sites, mud, soft ground, slopes | 450–1000 kg | Jansen RD, Grünwelt GWB, WEIMA WM7B-750 |
| 4x4 wheeled dumper | paving, concrete, firm paths | 400 kg | Grünwelt GW-BR400, Jansen MSK-800X |
| Electric dumper | greenhouses, stables, indoors, quiet work | 400–500 kg | Jansen MSK-500, MSK-800X, WEIMA WM7B-220E |
| Two-wheel tractor trailer | you already own a tractor and haul crops, firewood, manure | 450–750 kg | RURIS 450S, 550S, 750S |
| Seat adapter | working with an implement while seated | 100 kg | RURIS Navigator 99 |
Typical jobs and the right machine
- Paving and sand for a new driveway: a tracked dumper with hydraulic tipping, for example the Jansen RD-300 or Grünwelt GWB750H.
- Firewood from the forest or barn: a RURIS 750S trailer behind a two-wheel tractor.
- Compost, manure and soil in a greenhouse or stable: an electric Jansen MSK-500 or WEIMA WM7B-220E.
- Renovation rubble into a skip: a high-tip dumper such as the Jansen RD-300pro or RD-800pro.
What to check
- What you already have. If you own a two-wheel tractor, a trailer uses its engine. A dumper has its own drive and does not depend on other machines.
- Ground. Tracks do not sink in mud and are gentler on lawns. Wheels are faster on hard surfaces.
- Slopes. Dumper payload drops uphill: on a 30% slope many Jansen and Grünwelt models carry about 375 kg. The manufacturer allows RURIS trailers on slopes up to 10°.
- Unloading. RURIS trailers have a hinged frame and tip like a dumper. Mini dumpers tip manually, hydraulically or high into a skip.
- Width. Dumpers are about 69–90 cm wide, RURIS trailers from about 150 cm. Measure gates and passages.
- Public roads. RURIS trailers are not approved for public roads. They are for work on your own land.

We ship by courier across Poland, with free delivery from 999 zł. Jansen dumpers arrive partly disassembled on a pallet or in a steel frame; you assemble them yourself and check engine and hydraulic oil before the first start.
Frequently asked questions
Which is better for a building site: dumper or trailer?
Usually a tracked dumper. It is narrow, handles mud and slopes, and hydraulic tipping speeds up unloading rubble and sand.
I have a two-wheel tractor. Do I need a dumper?
For moving crops and firewood around the farm, a RURIS trailer with 450–750 kg payload is enough. A dumper helps when the tractor is busy with another implement or the ground is very soft.
What is the highest payload in this section?
Up to 1000 kg on level ground for the Jansen RD-800, RD-800pro and RD-1000. Among trailers, the RURIS 750S carries the most, 750 kg.
Are there electric dumpers?
Yes: Jansen MSK-500 (1000 W), MSK-800X (2 × 800 W, 4x4) and WEIMA WM7B-220E (60 V). They are quiet and emission-free.
Do you ship outside Poland?
Delivery to other EU countries is possible. We confirm cost and time when you order.
