Processing of warranty claims
Despite our high quality standards, products may in rare cases have unforeseen defects or faults.
Customers receive a 24-month warranty on goods purchased from us. In the event of a defect, we will assist you as quickly and easily as possible. Please proceed as follows:
We will contact you within 24 hours (on working days) to discuss all details. Depending on the extent of the issue, one of two procedures will be applied:
- The issue is caused by a single defective part that can be easily replaced. In such cases, we send you the required spare part by courier so that you can replace it yourself. You may also receive a prepaid return label to send the defective part back to us. We will of course confirm with you in advance whether self-replacement is feasible.
- The defect affects the product as a whole and cannot be resolved by simply replacing a part. In this unlikely case, we will arrange collection by a freight carrier, repair the product in our service workshop, and after testing return it to you or send a replacement unit. In this case, the product must be secured to a pallet for transport. The process takes approximately one week. Please understand that we do not cover downtime or third-party rental costs.
In the case of warranty claims, we of course cover all costs incurred. In case of doubt, decisions are always made in favor of the customer. Customer goodwill is one of our top priorities.
Even in cases where the defect is clearly not covered by warranty, we strive to offer cost-effective solutions — no labor costs, only spare parts are charged.
