The high-quality Vanguard® engine is used in commercially used equipment and is now also installed in our dumper.

Thanks to its especially robust construction, the RD-1000 is optimally suited for the most heavy-duty and complicated jobs. Where other track dumpers fail, the RD-1000 is only getting started! Its unique design, with a stable driver platform makes it possible for the operator to ride on-board comfortably. The platform can also be folded upward when it is not being used.
The interaction of powerful hydraulic system and the 80 cm wide crawler track unit allows the Jansen RD-1000 to move on the most uneven of terrain with ease. Maximum speed 5 km/h. The hydrostatic drive permits exact manoeuvring, turning on the spot and steering in the tightest of spaces. You can even navigate gradients (up to 26 degrees / 50%) - make sure you watch our product video!

In addition to the drive, the hydraulic unit with air cooling also supplies a cylinder with which the skip is raised and lowered. The skip can be tipped to 3 sides! The skip must be bolted accordingly for this. The lifting and lowering process are completed in a matter of moments - even when loaded with a capacity of 1,000 kg! As the skip can be tipped to 3 sides, this machine is ideally suited for use on construction sites. The Jansen RD-1000 can also be used indoors as it can drive through almost any doorway thanks to its narrow measurements (width approx. 80 cm)!
ATTENTION ON THE ENGINE: The engine features the exclusive TransportGuard™ system. By simply moving the 3-in-1 control to the STOP position, the engine ignition and fuel supply are switched off simultaneously. The engine therefore no longer has a conventional petrol tap!
ATTENTION: The unit is delivered well packed on a wooden pallet. You should allow approx. 30 minutes for the start-up. You need engine oil (approx. 1 litre 10W40 or 15W40) which is filled in via the large filler neck. Check the correct engine oil level with the dipstick! The hydraulic oil level must also be checked before initial operation and topped up if necessary (HLP-46)! A hand grease gun is required to grease the cylinder.

Enclose your package with a written request to return the goods, including the reference number of the account to which the money will be transferred.
