The JANSEN® GTS-5000H is a high-performance garden and wood chipper with a hydraulic feed system, specifically designed for processing large quantities of branches, shrubs, and woody garden waste.
Its powerful 22 HP Honda GX690 V-Twin engine, intelligent Anti-Stress system, and rugged construction ensure outstanding productivity and a smooth, continuous material flow.
Thanks to the integrated three-point hitch, the chipper can be transported conveniently with a tractor. Alternatively, it can be used as a stationary machine or mounted on a suitable trailer.

The JANSEN® GTS-5000H is ideal for shredding tree branches, hedge trimmings, shrubs, and other woody material. The combination of the powerful Honda engine and hydraulic feed system ensures a continuous material flow and makes operation significantly easier. Depending on the wood species and material properties, it processes branches up to 120–150 mm in diameter.
Hydraulic Feed for Comfortable Operation
The hydraulically driven feed roller grips the material in a controlled manner and feeds it evenly into the cutting mechanism. This reduces operator effort and enables efficient processing of large quantities of material. The cutting system features four heavy-duty blades mounted on a massive flywheel, working together with two counter blades to ensure reliable shredding performance.
Honda GX690 Engine with Anti-Stress System
Power is provided by a premium Honda GX690 OHV V-Twin engine with 688 cc displacement and 22 HP. The engine is renowned for its reliability, smooth operation, and ample power reserves. The integrated Anti-Stress system effectively protects both the engine and the cutting mechanism against overload.
How the Anti-Stress System Works
If the engine speed drops below approximately 1,500 rpm, the hydraulic feed roller automatically stops. If the engine speed falls below approximately 1,300 rpm, the feed roller automatically reverses, pushing the material back out of the cutting mechanism. This prevents blockages and reliably protects both the engine and the cutting system from overload.

The heavy-duty steel construction ensures excellent stability and a long service life. Thanks to the integrated three-point hitch, the chipper can be transported conveniently by tractor and used flexibly at different work sites. The 180° swivel discharge chute allows wood chips to be directed precisely, for example directly into a trailer.
Important Information About Suitable Materials
Like all drum chippers, the GTS-5000H is primarily designed for processing woody material. Very soft or highly fibrous materials such as thuja, spruce, fir, or willow may reduce the feeding performance and chipping efficiency. Mixing in harder branches often improves the material flow. The GTS-5000H is not designed to produce standardized wood chips suitable for biomass heating systems or similar applications.

ATTENTION:
Due to the size of the machine, the freight carrier cannot unload the shipment. The customer must provide a forklift or equivalent lifting equipment at the delivery location. The garden chipper is delivered safely packed, partially disassembled, in a sturdy wooden transport crate. Allow approximately 3–4 hours for final assembly. Assembly can be completed easily using standard workshop tools.
