The SKIF VibroTest 5000 is a professional test stand designed for vehicle suspension and chassis diagnostics. The device simulates vibrations and vertical loads acting on the vehicle's wheels, enabling the assessment of suspension performance in conditions similar to real-world driving.
The test stand consists of two vibration tables and two support modules. The system allows for simulating various vehicle motion modes through the controlled generation of vibrations.

The maximum permissible load for the entire system is 3500 kg.

The device should be installed on a properly prepared, stable concrete surface. The instructions do not allow installation on asphalt or on damaged or cracked concrete surfaces.
Power Supply
The VibroTest 5000 is equipped with a 5.5 kW motor and operates at AC 380 V / 220 V.
Operation principle
After properly positioning the vehicle on the test stand, the vibration tables generate controlled vibrations. This allows for the replication of driving conditions and the observation of suspension and chassis behavior.
The test stand can be used to locate the sources of unusual sounds, particularly knocks and creaks, which may be difficult to detect when the vehicle is stationary without applying dynamic load.
Usage conditions
The device is designed for operation at temperatures between +5 and +40°C and at a maximum humidity of 80% non-condensing.
The safety precautions specified in the manual must be followed during operation. Persons are not permitted on the moving platforms while the device is in operation, and the maximum permissible load of 3500 kg must not be exceeded.
Installation, configuration, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and disassembly should be performed by appropriately qualified and authorized personnel.

Before starting work, ensure that the vehicle is properly positioned and centered on the test stand. The device should be operated according to the manufacturer's instructions.
