A mini dumper instead of a wheelbarrow
A mini dumper (power barrow) carries soil, sand, gravel, rubble, paving and green waste where a vehicle cannot go and a wheelbarrow is too heavy. It works on building sites, in gardens, on farms and for groundwork. This section has Jansen, Grünwelt and WEIMA models: tracked and wheeled, petrol, diesel and electric, plus accessories for them.
How to choose a mini dumper
- Payload on slopes. Manufacturers state payload on level ground. On a 30% slope it drops to about 375 kg for most Jansen and Grünwelt models. If you haul uphill, plan with that figure.
- Tracks or wheels. Tracks spread the weight, do not sink in mud and are gentler on lawns. 4x4 wheels (Grünwelt GW-BR400, Jansen MSK-800X) are lighter and faster on hard surfaces.
- Tipping. Manual tipping is fine for occasional unloading. Hydraulic tipping saves effort in daily work. High tipping (Jansen RD-300pro, RD-300proS, RD-800pro) lets you unload into a skip or trailer.
- Self-loading bucket. The S versions (RD-300S, RD-300proS, RD-600S) scoop sand or gravel themselves, no shovel needed.
- Drive. A gear transmission has fixed gears. Hydrostatic drive (RD-500, RD-600, RD-600S, RD-1000) moves off smoothly and is easier to manoeuvre.
- Width. Measure gates and passages. Machine widths range from about 69 cm (GW-BR400) to about 90 cm (GWB750H).
- Electric or petrol. Electric models (MSK, WEIMA WM7B-220E) are quiet and emission-free, good for greenhouses, stables and indoor work. Petrol models run longer without charging breaks.

Dumper accessories
For the Jansen RD-200, RD-300 and RD-500 there are bed extensions, flat beds with sides, stake racks and snow blades. The RD-600 and RD-600S have their own blade. For the MSK-500 and MSK-800X there are extensions, flat platforms, a stake rack (MSK-500), a snow blade and a ball hitch (MSK-800X). The section also includes the Jansen TD-325 sand and fertiliser spreader.
Use and common mistakes
- Do not drive across a slope with a full bed. Go straight up and down, with the load matched to the gradient.
- Check engine and hydraulic oil before the first start. Jansen machines arrive on a pallet or in a steel frame, partly disassembled, and you assemble them yourself.
- Fully charge an electric dumper before its first job.
We ship by courier across Poland, with free delivery from 999 zł. For a two-wheel tractor, a trailer can do the job instead of a dumper.
Frequently asked questions
How much can a dumper really carry uphill?
Less than on level ground. For many Jansen and Grünwelt models the manufacturer states about 375 kg on a 30% slope, and about 425 kg for the RD-800 and RD-800pro.
Tracked or wheeled?
Tracks are better on soft ground, mud and lawns. On paving and concrete, 4x4 wheels are faster and the machine is lighter.
What does a self-loading bucket do?
The dumper scoops material from a pile itself, so one person can load and haul without a shovel. The RD-300S, RD-300proS and RD-600S have one.
Is there a diesel dumper?
Yes, the Grünwelt GWB750BH with a GW178FE engine, electric start and hydraulic tipping, 750 kg payload.
How is this section different from the Jansen section?
This one covers all brands. Jansen dumpers and their accessories alone are in Jansen dumpers.
