The Jansen MGT-600 two-wheel tractor is a tool carrier: one power unit with a power take-off to which you hitch different machines through the year. A tiller and plough in spring, a mower or mulcher in summer, a sweeper in autumn, a snow blower or blade in winter. This section has 13 Jansen attachments. According to the manufacturer they are made for the Jansen MGT-600; the shop's product pages also list the MGT-420 and Cedrus, BCS, Grillo and Pasquali machines with the same type of mount.
How to choose Jansen attachments
- Compatibility: before buying for another brand of tractor, compare the mount and the PTO. For the J14 rotary mower the specification table lists only the Jansen MGT-420 and MGT-600E, and the steel wheels are listed only for the MGT-600.
- Drive: the J04 tiller, J07 rotary plough, J12 and J14 mowers, J13 mulcher, J16 sweeper and the snow blower are PTO-driven. The J09 and J10 ploughs, J08 ridger and J18 blade are passive.
- Soil: on light soil the J09 single-furrow plough or J10 reversible plough is enough. On clay, where the wheels slip, the J07 rotary plough is better because it loosens and throws the soil itself.
- Grass: the J12 sickle bar for tall grass and hay, the J14 rotary mower with grass box for lawns and meadows, the J13 flail mulcher for scrub and wasteland.

Delivery and first start
Jansen attachments arrive partly dismantled in a crate, and you assemble them yourself following the manual. Before the first start, check and if necessary top up the oil in the gearboxes of PTO-driven attachments. The manufacturer recommends running the J12 sickle bar at low revs, as idle speed is enough for cutting. The J28 weights fit both the original wheels and the steel wheels.
Common mistakes
- Running the sickle bar mower at high revs: the risk of damaging the bar increases.
- Ploughing heavy soil on rubber wheels: fit steel wheels and J28 weights instead.
- Clearing compacted ice with the blade: the auger snow blower handles packed snow better.
The tractor itself and other Jansen machines are in Jansen tractors, and snow clearing tips are in our snow blower guide. Courier delivery across Poland, free from 999 zł; other EU countries on request. 14-day returns, 24-month warranty.
Frequently asked questions
Will Jansen attachments fit my BCS or Grillo tractor?
The product pages state compatibility with Cedrus, BCS, Grillo and Pasquali with the same type of mount, while the manufacturer describes them for the Jansen MGT-600. Compare the mount or call us: +48 780 140 444.
Which plough should I choose for the MGT-600?
For light and medium soil the J09 or the J10 reversible plough. For heavy clay the J07 rotary plough, which is PTO-driven and does not rely on wheel grip.
Do I have to assemble the attachments?
Yes, they arrive partly dismantled in a crate. You assemble them yourself and check the oil before starting.
J14 rotary mower or J13 mulcher?
The J14 cuts grass and collects it in an approx. 160 l box or discharges it to the side. The J13 shreds grass, weeds and small shrubs on the spot.
Snow blower or J18 blade?
The blade pushes fresh snow aside. The auger snow blower also handles packed snow and throws it out through the chute.
